Dr. John Cooper, Hopkins County Republican Party, Director of Media Relations opens up thanking everybody for coming. Dr. Cooper states the object of the meeting is the study of the United States Constitution starting with the Declaration of Independence. Dr. Cooper wants a revival of the Constitution across the United States of America. Dr. Cooper then prays for the meeting, leads the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag and leads people in singing Star Spangled Banner. CC Parker of briefly speaks about Speaker of the House, Joe Straus and how he pulled stuff during the election. Dr. Cooper then goes into how he put together the Constitution Class. Dr. Cooper wants to hold the feet to fire of our legislatures and if they are in violation of the Constitution. He states how over in Texarkana, County Commissioners court they voted to take the pledge and prayer out of their meetings. Dr. Cooper states we are loosing our freedoms one by one.

Dr. John Cooper, Hopkins County Republican Party, Director of Media Relations then asks the people to stand Pledge to Protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Dr. Cooper then tells a little story about George Washington survey bill. Dr. Cooper speaks out the Constitution is a personal thing to him. Dr. Cooper states that our lives are at stake, our freedoms are at stake, and our Constitution is at stake and our leaders are leading us in the wrong direction. Dr. Cooper states there are 5 things he is going to tell: 1st God is still God, 2nd we are all going to die one of these days, 3rd we are going to give an accout of our lives before Godm 4th thing we are all commanded to obey the Bible, the Bible records mans responsibility before God and the Constitution records our freedoms God has given us through the Constitution and 5th thing Dr. Cooper states the elected officals need 4 hours during each elected term study of the Consitution. The only reason the President, Congress and the Senate have gotten away with they are doing is because they don't know the United States Constitutions and they know we don't know it. We need to question every person running for office what do you beleive about the Constitution. Dr. Cooper tells about the first Independence Day, July 4th and how the men on horse back road up and down the coast taking the Constitution and gave copies to everybody.

Dr. John Cooper, Hopkins County Republican Party, Director of Media Relations speaks about the signers of the US Constitution and that they would protect it with their very lives and fortunes. Dr. Cooper speaks about the Americans on foreign soil soil shedding their lives and we may have to shed our lives to keep our freedoms too. Dr. Cooper Speaks about more of our rights are being taken away from us that we do not know about. Dr. Cooper speaks about the establishment of the United States and George Washington miracle of being shot four times in the chest, living and how they have taken this out of the history books back in the 50's. Dr. Cooper speaks about the five men appointed to write The Declaration of Independence.

Dr. John Cooper, Hopkins County Republican Party, Director of Media Relations speaks about the founders setting up how much power should they give the central government. Dr. Cooper states how that the central government today has too much power over the people. We have an unConstitutional government governing over a Constitutional people. Dr. Cooper speaks about calling Erwin Cain our Texas State rep tell him how proud of him he was and congratulating him on his A+ rating for serving. Dr. Cooper then goes into teaching on The Declaration of Independence. Dr. Cooper states we need to take this as a personal thing, claim it and we know what to do with it. CC Parker comments, by stating that the Government threatend Texas that they would not allow planes to fly in or out if they didn't pass the TSA bill. Dr. Cooper speaks about King Georges tyranny over the colonies and the parallels of today.

Dr. John Cooper, Hopkins County Republican Party, Director of Media Relations contiues speaking about the grievances the poeple had against King George. Dr. Cooper states at what point do we take a stand before we stop them. Do we wait like Frederick Muhlenberg, American minister and politician and wait till they burn our churches down? We already have laws in place today which is the Hate Crimes Bill. Dr. Cooper speaks about taking the laws that give us our freedom today, Constitution and Declaration of Independence personally. A gentleman from the floor states this is standard operating procedure to conquer your enemy what is going on today and only thing left is rebellion. Dr. John Cooper states we are going to rebel at the voting booth. Dr. John Cooper then speaks about the Articles of Confederation and how it sets up the United States of America.
